What you need in the room
Less than you think. Try it on yourself first; every class page has a button for that.
Any device with a browser
Chromebook, laptop, tablet or phone. Nothing to install, no student accounts.
Headphones with a microphone
Cheap earbuds are enough. Thirty students talking at once without them is noise, and the Loqal hears the neighbor instead.
Wi-Fi for the whole class
Each student streams a conversation. Test with two or three devices before the first full lesson.
Microphone permission, once
The browser asks the first time. Students tap Allow, and it remembers.
